Warranty and service conditions
Guarantee of collection, repair and return (Pick up & return “PUR”) for Point products of View (portable and PCs) will be served by Comserve Network Holding company B.V. (CSN) located in `s-Hertogenbosch (Holland).
In the case of a defective product according to the guarantee during the guaranteed period, the client must right to ask for the service of collection, repair and return. Before asking for the service he must verify that:
- they have lowered and installed drivers present, but this has not solved the problem.
- The recovery software has been executed, but this has not solved the problem
If these two steps do not solve the problem, the client can make use of the service of collection, repair and return. For it the client will have to fill in the form. There are 3 possibilities:
