Repair and return (First Year)
Spent 15 days after the date of the purchase invoice, the client will have to also fill in the form. In this case the product will take shelter, repair and it will be sent of return. Also the client will have to send the packed good product, with his cables, and in applicable case the battery, besides the original invoice of purchase.
Once filled in the form, the client will receive an email having confirmed that has been received its request. Within 24 hours after the registry he will receive in his email an electronic label of return of the following direction of email: Comserve Network Netherlands B.V. [No_Reply@Comserve-nl.com]. Please, it prints the label and it reads and it follows the instructions of this label with attention. The client will have to contact with UPS to fix the collection of the product either to give it near UPS in center the more. The nearest center can be found in the email with the label of UPS in the Link “To find the location on watch nearer”.
Important note: the Link of the Web expires in 10 days after receiving the email.
Before sending the product the client will have to make sure:
• to make a backup of all programs, data and contents stored in its product
• to include a copy of the original invoice of the purchase
• Appropriately to pack the product in a box of neutral colour, including cables and in applicable case the battery.
Point of View does not become person in charge by caused damages in case these damages have been caused by bad packing of the product.
Point of View becomes person in charge of loss or damages in the product only in the following cases:
• while he is in possession of Point of View
• in transit in the cases in that Point of View is responsible by the positions for the transport.
Point of View does not become person in charge of losses in case him client cannot present/display “test of collection”.
The Point products of View are guaranteed against defects of mechanical failures or electrical interns, by a period of 24 months. The guarantee of the battery is limited 6 months from the date of purchase except opposite information in the manuals. Once exceeded the period of 6 months from the date of purchase, the change of the battery, it will be received. The validation of the guarantee is realized with the invoice of purchase or similar.
